- Senior Plumber/Field Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Plumber to serve in a leadership role for our field operations. This role will combine residential and commercial plumbing work as well as blueprint and plan reading, complex estimating, and team leadership. You'll also be a mentor, a problem-solver, and a driver of quality and efficiency across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as field manager and lead point of contact on complex residential and commercial jobs
Work as a senior plumber on residential and commercial plumbing jobs
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for new construction and remodel projects
Prepare and deliver detailed, professional estimates electronically using Service Titan for residential and commercial jobs
Lead regular one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure the entire team stays proficient in plumbing standards, best practices, and company initiatives
Oversee job site quality control, safety standards, and code compliance
Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower across multiple active job sites
Use Service Titan for dispatch, job tracking, estimates, and customer communication
Troubleshoot complex diagnostic and repair issues that require advanced technical expertise
Support customer relationships by communicating clearly and professionally on-site
Uphold and reinforce company standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service
Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a licensed plumber, with proven field leadership experience
Louisiana Master or Journeyman Plumbing License required (Master preferred)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Demonstrated experience preparing complex estimates for residential and commercial projects
Proficiency with electronic estimating tools — ability to build, present, and finalize estimates digitally in Service Titan or comparable software (or strong aptitude to learn quickly)
Prior experience training, supervising, or mentoring other plumbers
Skilled at training both individually and in group settings — able to run ongoing sessions that keep the whole team sharp on code compliance, technique, and evolving company initiatives
Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management software (or strong aptitude to learn quickly)
Working knowledge of Louisiana State Plumbing Code and local permitting requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check
