Wellen Park, located in North Port, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pro Shop/Court Sport Maintenance! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-friendly team member to join our court sports team in a part-time role, possibly becoming full-time in season. This position combines tennis pro shop responsibilities with outdoor court operations and maintenance duties to help create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our members and guests. If you enjoy working in a fun, active environment and being part of a great community, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays (8 hours total). Approximately 3 weekday mornings from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Around 20-25 hours per week total.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and operate the tennis pro shop
• Assist members and guests with check-ins, merchandise, and general questions
• Perform court maintenance and daily court upkeep
• Assist with outdoor court duties and setup
• Keep court areas clean, organized, and presentable
• Support Court Sports events, activities, and programming as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Court Sports knowledge is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
