Mills Design Group is a collaborative, dynamic, and team-oriented landscape architecture studio committed to innovative design, sustainability, and exceptional client service. We work with a diverse range of high end residential and commercial clients throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading the development of conceptual design drawings (including 3D renderings), preparing construction documents, and coordinating directly with clients and project teams. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-driven, and possesses strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to guide and support the broader team.

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Freehand illustration and rendering skills (Lumion and Photoshop)
• Strong communication and verbal presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
