- General Foreman/Working Foreman
Description
This is a 6-month or 1-year assignment in Nassau, Bahamas. $65/hour, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week; $100/day per diem paid 7 days per week; resort hotel accommodations; utilities; transportation for work-related activities; and completion bonuses of $2,000 after 6 months or $4,000 after 12 months.
The General Foreman / Working Foreman will serve in a hands-on leadership role on a major utility distribution project in Nassau, Bahamas. This position is responsible for leading field crews while actively participating in daily line construction work.
The role involves supervising and supporting work related to overhead line construction, underground splicing, and substation operations/mechanics, while helping train and develop Bahamian Line Constructors in utility construction best practices, safety, and productivity.

Requirements
- General Foreman experience in the electric utility industry
- Journeyman-level experience in Overhead Line Construction or Underground Splicing
- Strong background in primary and secondary distribution systems
- Experience installing aerial cable
- Experience in substation operations and maintenance
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to lead field crews while remaining hands-on in daily operations
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in Nassau, Bahamas for 6 months or 1 year
