Communications Manager
The Enrollment Communications Manager is responsible to execute several enrollment marketing efforts for traditional, graduate, and professional studies enrollment by managing multiple communication flows and campaigns for various audiences, primarily prospective students, create and lead creation of compelling content for use across print, email and web channels, supporting and analyzing enrollment communications CRM tasks and responsibilities. Works in close collaboration with other members of the Enrollment Management Team and University Communications and Marketing to create and implement multifaceted plans that integrate technology, programmatic strategies, tactics, and resource s to optimize the student journey through the admissions funnel and ensure the maintenance of the Universitys brand guidelines and ensures brand consistency visually across all communication platforms.
Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred with 2-3 years experience in college admissions or related field. Two years experience with yield enhancement and related strategies. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong technical skills with use of Word, Excel, and other Microsoft suite applications. Experience with Jenzabar Student Information Software/Salesforce CRM tools and HTML coding preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or as a part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, learning, collaboration, positivity, and creativity in recruitment activities. Commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
* General Carpenter/
Drywaller
Saint Francis University invites applications for a General Carpenter/Drywaller position in the department of Physical Plant. The General Carpenter/Drywaller is directly responsible to the General Trades Supervisor for performing a variety of carpentry tasks aside other members of the physical plant group. Assume lead role for projects involving wall construction, framing, drywall, drywall finishing, and painting.
High school graduate with vocational/technical training in general carpentry or related areas. Knowledge of carpentry, painting, roofing, masonry, flooring and associated tools. Knowledge of blueprint reading as it pertains to carpentry trade. Basic mathematical skills are necessary. Minimum of two years of commercial or residential construction experience in general carpentry field is required. Experience with drywalling and finishing is highly preferred. Must have valid driver's license.
* General Carpenter/
Floor Specialist
The General Carpenter/Flooring Specialist is directly responsible to the General Trades Supervisor for performing a variety of carpentry tasks aside other members of the physical plant group. Assume lead role for projects involving new carpeting, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), or any other flooring material.
High school graduate with vocational/technical training in general carpentry or related areas. Knowledge of carpentry, painting, roofing, masonry, flooring and associated tools. Knowledge of blueprint reading as it pertains to carpentry trade. Basic mathematical skills are necessary. Minimum of twoyears of commercial or residential construction experience in general carpentry field is required. Experience installing commercial flooring is highly preferred. Must have valid driver's license.
