Description

Nature of Work: This position provides support to the Department of Development for both building inspection and zoning code enforcement. This position works a shift schedule 5 days a week Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day or more as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications and requirements for this position include compliance with the State of Ohio minimum requirements in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code with a Building Inspector Certification, Residential Building Official Certification and a minimum of one trade related certification through the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce. Considerable prior work experience in building, zoning and planning and a valid Ohio driver license is required.
