Northlight Custom Builders is a full-service design, build, and remodel company located in Mukilteo, Washington. We serve King and Snohomish counties including: Everett, Mukilteo, Edmonds, Shoreline, Kenmore, Bothell, Mill Creek, Kirkland and Bellevue. Northlight’s services include: Kitchen/Bath remodels, Home additions and conversions, Whole home remodel, Outdoor living conversion, and Aging in place conversions and additions.
Tony Collins, owner of Northlight Custom, has been in the construction industry for over 26yrs in the north Puget Sound. His mission for the company is to ensure integrity and provide our clients with exceptional, personalized service throughout the quoting and building processes. When a person joins the Northlight team, they are not just joining a company but a family of highly skilled and hard workers. It is important that we keep a strong working relationship with each other and build lasting relationships with our clients. Customer service is job #1, always.
Northlight works hard to bring you highly knowledgeable and skilled teams to work on our client's home projects. We are one of the few home builders in the state of Washington that holds the Certified Builder accreditation from the Business Industry Association of Washington (BIAW). What stands a BIAW builder apart from any other? “A Certified Builder is proven, accountable, and vetted by one of the largest home building associations in the country.” Northlight Custom Builders’ employees and owner hold multiple accreditations and certifications that are not just pieces of paper but hold us accountable and shows our clients that we go above and beyond what is required to be ‘just another builder’. Northlight employees continue with training throughout their employment to improve and build on existing job skills, as well as ensure that everyone is following important safety guidelines.

Company History
Tony Collins started Northlight Custom Builders LLC in 2014 after realizing that creating a functional and beautiful living space for people is his true passion. "The thing I love most about what I do is seeing a client's face light up when they see their new living space turn into something better than they ever imagined!" says Tony. Tony has been in construction off and on for the past 27 years, but after realizing that it was time to follow his true passion in life, he started Northlight.
Since 2014 the company has been through many changes, especially as technology and the availability of new resources changes. But Northlight is always working to stay at the forefront of what is available and makes sense to ensure productivity, a cohesive team environment, and what helps bring a smile to our client's faces at the completion of a project.
