Team Building Facilitator
Join in our mission of providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities!
As a Team Building Facilitator, you'll guide groups of all ages through ropes courses, challenge activities, and team-building exercises that foster confidence, trust, communication, and collaboration — all while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adults with disabilities.
Schedule:
- Part time with flexible hours
- Events usually run from 9-2 or 12-5 (may vary)
- Hiring for Spring 2026, with the role continuing year-round
Pay:
- $17.42 per hour through training
- $20-25 per hour based on the number of events worked
- More events = higher pay per hour!

- Camp Friendship - Annandale, MN
- Camp Courage - Maple Lake, MN
- Camp Eden Wood - Eden Prairie, MN

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to make a difference. You enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and helping groups succeed. Specifically, you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Available for orientation (April 6-10) and at least one weekday per week (8am - 5pm) thereafter
- Comfortable with heights and physical activity
- Willing to work in Annandale, Maple Lake, and Eden Prairie (carpooling available)
- Can guide groups through challenges and foster teamwork
- Can pass a background check

- Communicate clearly and connect with participants of all ages
- Motivate and encourage participants through challenges
- Resolve conflicts and think on your feet
- Work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
- Handle challenging behaviors, including physical aggression
