Ensure proper use and inspection of ladders, scaffolding, lifts, power tools, and other construction equipment.

Incident Investigation & Reporting:

Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, near misses, and safety violations.
Prepare detailed incident reports, including photographs, witness statements, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Coordinate required reporting and investigations involving Cal/OSHA, insurance carriers, and other regulatory agencies.
Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident records.
Track corrective actions to ensure deficiencies are resolved promptly.

Safety Training & Employee Development:

Conduct new-hire safety orientations and ongoing employee safety training.
Lead toolbox talks and jobsite safety meetings.
Train employees and foremen on hazard recognition, fall prevention, electrical safety, and emergency procedures.
Ensure employees understand their responsibility to report unsafe conditions immediately.
