General Labor / Roofing Assistant - Immediate Hiring

Join our busy exterior construction team! We are seeking motivated individuals for physical labor roles assisting with roofing, siding, framing, decks, and remodeling projects. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work, want to learn trade skills, and can handle outdoor, physically demanding tasks.
What You Will Do

• Support roof installations and repairs: rubber roofing, metal standing seam systems, and traditional shingles.
• Help install and repair exterior siding, window trim, and fascia.
• Assist with framing layouts, deck builds, demolition, and general remodeling duties.
• Load/unload materials at the shop and job sites; transport tools and equipment as directed.
• Keep work areas organized and assist with cleanup at the end of each day.

Qualifications

• Willing to perform physically demanding labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable working at heights; safety-conscious and attentive to instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation to our shop; company truck available for transport from shop to job site.
• No prior experience required - we will train candidates who are eager to learn.

Pay & vacation paid holiday

Paid vacation and paid holidays are provided. actual pay will be discussed and set based on experience and demonstrated ability. We offer on-the-job training, steady work, and potential for pay increases as skills develop.
