The Project Engineer - Electrical will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical engineering activities during the construction phase of a data centre project. This role ensures compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

About the Job:

• Coordinate Electrical Works - Support planning and execution of electrical systems during the data centre construction phase, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Review & Validate Designs - Check electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Monitor Installation & Quality - Oversee electrical installations (power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear) and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety - Implement safety protocols and verify compliance with local codes and international standards.
• Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and assist in commissioning and handover documentation.

About You:

• Minimum of 5-7 years prior work experience in architecture, construction or project management field is preferred
• Bachelors degree with a major in electrical, engineering, building construction or other related technical area is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Data Center Testing and commissioning procedures and activities
• Proven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery.
• Certification in Document Management or Information Management is a plus.
