Job Description

This position is responsible for leading the development, management and oversight Planning & Scheudling activites on strategic level throughout all development lifecycle phases. The candidate will ensure that all program components are effectively aligned with broader investment control process across multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, identifying potential risks and proposing strategies to ensure the successful delivery of various project packages.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the creation and continuous refinement of planning and scheduling standards across all development phases-from master planning to handover-ensuring consistency, efficiency and scalability across projects.
2. Develop and deploy a comprehensive master schedules for both pre-construction and construction stages with ability to manage framework tailored to large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring alignment with strategic vision.
3. Ensure that assets within program development are integrated within the overall development portfolio, maintaining alignment with master plans, phasing strategies, and stakeholder expectations.
4. Facilitate structured communication across internal departments (design, engineering, commercial, development, delivery) ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the lifecycle of each development package.
5. Proactively assist in identifying risks across the development portfolio.
6. Deploy and manage planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Think-Cell and Power BI dashboards) that support real-time reporting, schedule control and executive-level visibility across all active and future developments.
7. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress across all development packages, including infrastructure, vertical construction, and public realm components, with a focus on milestone tracking and KPI performance.

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Engineering
