Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to lead a high-end residential landscape construction project in Edina, MN.

This is a full-time seasonal role running from frost-out to frost-in. The ideal candidate has strong experience in landscape construction and can independently run a clean, efficient, high-quality job site from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on a high-end residential landscape construction project
• Operate skid steer and mid-size excavator safely and efficiently
• Read and execute landscape, grading, and drainage plans accurately
• Build retaining walls (block/stone systems)
• Install drain tile and manage site drainage
• Perform rough and finish grading
• Coordinate and complete sod installation
• Maintain job site quality, safety, cleanliness, and productivity
• Manage daily workflow, sequencing, and problem-solving in the field

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar role
• Strong experience operating:
  • Skid steer
  • Mid-size excavator
• Ability to read and follow landscape and grading plans without supervision
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Retaining walls
  • Drain tile
  • Grading
  • Sod installation
• Strong understanding of drainage, elevations, and site layout
• Reliable and able to work full-time through the landscape season
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass E-Verify
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading small crews
• Experience managing high-end residential landscape projects
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability in the field
• High standards for finished quality and job site organization
   

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Some Saturdays as needed based on project schedule
