Description

We are looking for a talented and client-focused Interior Designer to join our award winning team. You will work closely with clients from initial concept through to final installation.  Create detailed space plans, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations (Chief Architect, )
Select and specify furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, fixtures, and custom pieces
Prepare comprehensive finish schedules.  Collaborate with architects, contractors, and craftsmen to ensure design intent is achieved
Present design proposals confidently to clients and respond thoughtfully to feedback
Coordinate with vendors and manage lead times to keep projects on schedule

Requirements

Ability to accurately measure and draw spaces accurately using CAD software, prefereably Chief Architect.  professional interior design experience preferred, luxury residential with a concentration on remodelling, kitchens, baths.  Will consider a new graduate with the appropriate skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent taste, spatial planning ability, and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, and rendering software.
Excellent understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing
