POSITION SUMMARY
Entry-level position requiring no previous experience. Supports basic prefabrication and assembly line tasks for conduit racks, solar combiner boxes, and related assemblies in a controlled shop environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and apply safe material handling, labeling, and staging practices.
- Assist with measurement, cutting, and basic conduit preparation.
- Support the assembly of electrical prefab components under close supervision.
- Operate hand and power tools safely once trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Participate in daily Task Hazard Analyses (THA) and safety meetings.
- Communicate clearly with leads and team members regarding issues or shortages.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Follow work instructions and prefab diagrams accurately.
- Identify and report potential hazards as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- No previous experience required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing safety preferred.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
