VACANCIES: PATCO electrical is always looking for experienced journeyman electricians and motivated apprentices. complete and submit an application via email to our HR Department.

PAID LEAVE: After a year of satisfactory service, PATCO offers the following paid leave amounts:

Hourly Employees: Allowed 40 hours (5 work days) of paid vacation per calendar year. Hourly workers may also earn an additional 12 hours (1.5 work days) of Safety Incentive Paid Time Off for exemplary safety and disciplinary records.

Salaried Employees: Allowed 40 hours (5 work days) of paid vacation and 40 hours (5 work days) of paid time off per year

Holidays: After six months of satisfactory service, hourly employees are paid for up to 6 holidays per year. The holidays include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
