Position Overview:
The role of the Construction Technology Integration Engineer is to optimize operations within the construction and manufacturing systems by leveraging diverse technologies and products. This position aims to seamlessly integrate various technology solutions, with a particular emphasis on enhancing material and tool logistics throughout the entire project lifecycle, spanning from procurement to installation. The goal is to enhance process efficiency and elevate data accuracy and flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Integration: Seamlessly blend various tech solutions to improve communication and efficiency in construction and manufacturing systems.
- Process Enhancement: Identify and optimize material/tools logistics, streamlining project workflows through tech-driven improvements.
- Data Management: Implement effective data strategies, ensuring accurate sharing and storage across platforms.
- Solution Development: Innovate and create tech-based solutions to address construction challenges.
- Project Support: Provide tech support throughout the entire project, from procurement to installation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and solution effectiveness through quality control.
- Training and Communication: Educate team members on tech use, fostering a tech-savvy culture.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tech integration risks to maintain project operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on tech trends for ongoing enhancement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align tech integration with project goals.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with tech vendors for solution selection and oversight.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in budget planning and track integration costs.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive tech solution documentation.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimize solution performance.
- User Training: Develop training programs for tech use.
- Technical Liaison: Bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- Innovation Research: Explore new tech possibilities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure tech adherence to industry standards.
- Troubleshooting: Provide advanced tech support.
- Advisory Role: Offer tech insights for informed decisions.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or Computer Science), or equivalent experience in construction tech, systems integration, or related roles.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of job experience in construction tech, systems integration, software development, process automation or similar roles, or a demonstrated track record of success in relevant projects. Independent education or certifications in relevant areas will be considered favorably.
Required Licensing and Other Certifications:
- Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Relevant certifications, training or exposure such as Project Management (PMP), IT (e.g., CISSP, CCNA), and Lean Six Sigma are viewed favorably, highlighting expertise in technology integration or industry-specific skills.
