Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., has a Full and Part-time opening for an ICC-Certified BUILDING OFFICIAL in the Pinal County, AZ area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee all functions of Building Department
- Quality control review of plan checks and inspections
- Preparing code updates each cycle for Municipal Code adoption
- Resolution of resident inquires and complaints
- Other duties as required
Requirements
Requirements include:
- Must have CBO Certification
- Thorough knowledge of AZ building codes
- 2-3 years experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Municipal experience highly desirable
