Description
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ( Monday - Friday)
- Salary: $72,030 per year
- Work Arrangement: On-site
Job Descriptions:
- Design, develop, and review architectural plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare 3D renderings and presentations for clients.
- Work with clients to develop and refine project designs.
- Review construction documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare bid proposals and cost estimation documents.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Research and recommend innovative materials, systems, and construction techniques.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Negotiate design changes and modifications with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Ability to prepare and review construction documents and bid proposals.
- Experience with cost estimation and basic project budgeting.
- Strong coordination skills when working with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ability to communicate design intent clearly to clients and project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 1-3 years of experience
