- Proven experience in business development, growth of office, and building and leading teams
- Demonstrated ability to shape strategy, translate insights into executable plans, and uphold schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across full project lifecycles (from planning and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; trusted client advisor mindset.
- Sector experience in one or more of: corporate headquarters/office, ultra-luxury residential, hospitality, healthcare, among others
- 15+ years of progressive experience in owners representation/project management and/or cost management, with a record of successful project delivery.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business) required
What Youll Be Doing
- Leverage your established client network and industry relationships to identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with MGACs service offerings and sectors.
- Lead the strategic growth of the New York office and portfolio by actively winning, leading, and delivering high-quality projects that strengthen MGACs presence in the region.
- Lead complex, high-profile projects as the owners representative, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality are achieved.
- Direct multidisciplinary teamsclients, designers, consultants, and contractorsthrough all phases of planning, design, procurement, construction, and turnover.
- Establish and implement best practices for delivery excellence, QA/QC, and continuous improvement across projects.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and MGACs collaborative, client-focused culture.
- Partner with internal service lines (Cost Management, Technology Solutions, Scheduling, FF&E) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent performance, proactive communication, and trusted advisory support.

Salary Range
$200,000 - $300,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
This base salary does not reflect the full compensation package, which includes bonuses, 401(k) matching, and other benefits. The advertised range is intended as a general guideline and may vary based on experience, expertise, and location.
