Requirements

Oversees the review of plans, building code-related field inspections, floodplain management, nuisance code enforcement, and permit issuance.
Conducts plan review, building code inspections, nuisance inspections and investigations.
Develops and maintains knowledge of construction technology to include methods and materials; updates code knowledge through regular training sessions.
Mentors and trains assigned staff to ensure effectiveness and consistency among team members.
