Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a leading MEP contracting business in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex building projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering high-end developments within the UAE market and possess strong leadership, client-facing, and project delivery capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience within MEP contracting.
• Demonstrable UAE project delivery experience is essential.
• Proven experience managing the MEP delivery of high-end developments such as luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, premium commercial, or landmark projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities' requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience working on large-scale, high-value developments in the GCC.
• Strong background in client-facing project delivery roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all MEP aspects of projects from award through to handover.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve programme and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Review and manage project schedules, risk registers, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues arising during project execution.
• Drive project performance and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
