Senior Maintenance Manager, Nights
The George Mason University Office of Housing and Residence Life (OHRL) is currently seeking qualified candidates to apply for a Senior Maintenance Manager, Nights vacancy. This position is responsible for assisting Associate Director of Housing Facilities in sustaining the appeal and physical integrity of the buildings in the Housing community at Mason. This responsibility includes identifying/coordinating/completing all repairs and general building maintenance requests as submitted through the OHRL Maintenance Request System. This position is also responsible for overseeing and supporting building preventive maintenance (PM) and management of building turn processes in conjunction with the Associate Director, as well as ordering/maintaining building supplies and equipment.
The incumbent supervises the Maintenance Assistants as assigned and, as such, coordinates duty schedules, work assignments, time reporting, and other supervisory tasks for these employees as warranted. Duties include, but are not limited to:
