The Computer Science Department seeks an experienced facilities professional whose primary responsibility will be to manage a range of construction projects for an existing building and coordination activities on behalf of the department for a new building to be constructed.
This individual will be responsible for facilitating renovations/remodels in the Gates Building ranging from office moves, small installations to lab renovations. This work will entail coordination with school facilities, outside contractors, and department faculty and staff. In addition, this person will assist the department faculty director in charge of planning of a new interdisciplinary building.
Manage activities of assigned projects from project initiation through completion with limited guidance; coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects. Work is typically comprised of 30% time contribution towards project leadership and 70% as a technical contributor.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
