The Building Maintenance Technician is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Facilities. The position requires four or more years of progressively responsible experience in building maintenance, construction, or similar areas. The successful candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to provide competent service to the Colorado Christian University (CCU) community.

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The employee is required to work on call on a rotating basis, which will include occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends.
