Greenbelt Homes, Inc. (GHI), is a not-for-profit housing cooperative of 1,600 homes in the "Old Greenbelt" neighborhood of Greenbelt, Maryland. GHI is one of the oldest and largest housing cooperatives in the United States.
We are seeking a Director of Capital Improvements (Residential- Engineering) to join our team.
Essential Job Functions:
The successful applicant should possess a Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture or Engineering, with five or more years of experience in the building construction and/or maintenance field.

Specific vision abilities required include the ability to make close inspections including poorly lit areas and view computer screens. Must be able and willing to work within confined spaces above and below homes – such as attics and crawl spaces.
