Compensation · This position will pay a base salary and commission during the training period and then will be full commission thereafter. · The top 50% of our salesforce earns an average of over $125,000 yearly. The right person will earn between $60,000 and $100,000 in their first year and then should earn 6 figures from there on out. We are not a sales mill, we only have 7 salespersons and we don’t have much turnover. We are only looking to fill 2-3 positions because we are currently overwhelmed with leads.
